Knitting
As you would expect, we have invested in the most modern computer-controlled knitting machines available and are expert in the entire range of knitting techniques.
An on-line link between the production design department and the knitting shop allows us to set up new product runs at very short notice. Any deviations from the initial sample collection can be detected and solved easily and quickly.
Garment assembly
This is the process of assembling the different knitted components to create the final finished product. Garment assembly normally takes place in a Dutch-managed assembly shop in Poland.
However, as previously indicated, we produce garments in our own assembly shop when small quantities and a tight delivery lead time are required.
